Our 3 day workshop is one of, if not the largest intake, according to our trainers Josh and Cam. Nonetheless, we have the supportive and practical guidance throughout. Classes start on time - a big plus, and a well set-out scope upfront helped one and all stay focused. The synergy from our our trainers fostered a positive and safe learning space - to ask questioins, hands on, learn from and with each other, partake in enriching discussions. Wont hesitate to refer FitLuc to anyone who is keen in fitness education.

Top notch! Just completed the AFA xFITLUC CPT workshop - really impressed by the depth and practicality of the content. The instructors, Josh and Cam, were also fantastic and very knowledgeable!
