Trainers are friendly and engaging, full of knowledge and very willing to share. In depth details from programming to cues to give during exercises. Even with real-time hands on opportunity to practice consulting and training in a personal setting and a group class setting👍

Our 3 day workshop is one of, if not the largest intake, according to our trainers Josh and Cam. Nonetheless, we have the supportive and practical guidance throughout. Classes start on time - a big plus, and a well set-out scope upfront helped one and all stay focused. The synergy from our our trainers fostered a positive and safe learning space - to ask questioins, hands on, learn from and with each other, partake in enriching discussions. Wont hesitate to refer FitLuc to anyone who is keen in fitness education.

The way he explains concepts is always short, clear, and easy to understand, which really reflects his confidence and expertise in the field.
